DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping to all regions of Australia. Deliveries are made from 9:00am – 5:00pm on weekdays. 3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We can offer international shipping by personalised quote. Please contact our sales team at info@mcquelhealthcare.com.au to arrange a shipping quote for all international orders. If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. McQuel Healthcare Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 4. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mcquelhealthcare.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 5. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mcquelhealthcare.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 8. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
